2. Use Spread sheet to prepare time table which includes name of post and time when you want it to go live for your audience.

3. Use the ideas for post you have come up while brainstorming and place them in the empty slots in the table. As you go on filling up empty slots in the table, keep at least one or 2 slots empty especially during the end of the week. This will help you to write a post on a current topic which might be of importance to your readers.

4. After you fill all the slots in the spread sheet, it is time to collect few ideas for these posts and note them down.
